Return & Exchange Items:

If you are not completely satisfied with your

Dawgtown Diva Wear online purchase, we will glady accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed ordefective items, within 10 days of receipt of  purchase.

Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United States Parcel Service (USPS) . Your card will be promtly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address.

Payment Methods:

Dawgtown Diva Wear accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards payable in U.S. funds, and PayPal. Credit card payments will be charged when the merchandise is ordered. We do not accept COD orders.

Sales Tax:

We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the U.S., except in the state of Florida (6%).

Shipping:

All orders ship out USPS ~ "Priorty Mail" which on average takes 3-4 business days to receive. We process all web orders within 48 hours!
